Dark Chocolate Matcha Cake 🍃

As you all know by now.. I’m obsessed with Matcha! 

On a sunny Sunday afternoon I decided too make a cake and to add some... Matcha!

I wanted something very Muse of Greens, found it! 

What you need:

  • 4 eggs

  • 150g Wheat flour

  • 50g Coconut Oil 


100ml Almond Milk 

  • 75g sugar or 2 spoons date sirup or agave sirup

  • 3 teaspoons of Biotona Matcha 

  • 50gr of dark chocolate 


1 teaspoon baking soda 

  • A hand full of nuts (walnuts and hazelnuts)

How to make:

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and add the nuts 

  • Mix the dry ingredients together; Flour , Matcha and Baking soda. 

  • Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until getting a smooth paste


Mix up the egg white until a firm mousse

  • Put the wet and dry ingredients together, add the dark chocolate and nuts , all chopped in small pieces


Put gently the eggs white with the paste, until becoming the final dough version

  • Grease a pan with butter and lightly dusted with flour.

  • Put the dough in the pan and put in a preheated oven of 180degrees for 20minutes. 

Serve with delicious Chocolate Coconut Ice and you have the perfect greeny chocolate dessert!
