  1. Get workout clothes that get you motivated 

  2. Find people that inspire you, on instagram, youtube, friends or family (Check out my blogpost about inspirational people) 

  3. Buy a minimum of fitnessgear to start well (Yogamat, weights)

  4. Find a friend to start with 

  5. Make a workout plan

  6. Make and take the time 

  7. Get started

  8. Keep on going!!

  9. Take pictures to see progress
