How to start the week well?

Here some breakfast inspiration!!!

I will show you my 3 favorite smoothies!

I always put some Hemp powder in each of my smoothies to add some extra proteins in it!

GREEN Smoothiebowl Banana - Kale - Apple - Kiwi

How I prepare it:

  • What you need : Frozen bananas, Fresh Kale, an apple and a kiwi. Hemp powder and almond or soy milk.

  • Put it all in the blender with some almond milk or soy milk and the hennep powder.

  • And READY , njammie!

RED Smoothie Banana, Blackberry - Raspberry - Strawberry, Apple & Mint

How I prepare it:

  • What you need: Mix of berries, 1 banana, 1 apple, mint , hemp powder & plantbased milk (Almond, Soy or Rice)

  • Put everything in the blender and mix until smooth! Top with some granola and chia seeds.

  • Ready to start the day!

YELLOW Tropical Smoothie Banana - Mango - Apple topped with pomegranate

How I prepare it:

  • What you need: 1 banana, half mango, 1 apple, some pomegranate & coconut milk

  • Put everything together and blend it until smooth.

  • Top with some pomegranate and eventually some granola!
