Banana Pancakes

On sunday we love to treat ourselves!!

So let's make some healthy, delicious, easy to make BANANA PANCAKES.

What you need:

  • 2 cups of oats (Gluten free)

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • Vanilla extract

  • Baking powder

  • 1 cup of plant based milk (I used Hazelnut)

  • Cinnamon

  • Granola (Topping)

  • Maple Sirup

  • Coconut Oil or Butter

How to do:

  • The first step is to create the pancake dough by mixing all the ingredients. Progressively add the oats, bananas, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and milk in a blender until it becomes a smooth mixture.

  • The second step is to bake your pancakes. Heat up a pan with some butter or coconut oil on put a ladle of your mixture on the pan

  • Flip your pancake after a few minutes when it starts looking golden brown (The first one will probably be a disappointment (or even burned) , it's normal, haha)

  • Top your pancake with granola, apple and maple sirop (Or other organic and vegan sweetener, example: Agave Sirup, Rice Sirup, Date Sirup,...)
