On sunday we love to treat ourselves!!
So let's make some healthy, delicious, easy to make BANANA PANCAKES.
What you need:
2 cups of oats (Gluten free)
2 ripe bananas
Vanilla extract
Baking powder
1 cup of plant based milk (I used Hazelnut)
Cinnamon
Granola (Topping)
Maple Sirup
Coconut Oil or Butter
How to do:
The first step is to create the pancake dough by mixing all the ingredients. Progressively add the oats, bananas, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract and milk in a blender until it becomes a smooth mixture.
The second step is to bake your pancakes. Heat up a pan with some butter or coconut oil on put a ladle of your mixture on the pan
Flip your pancake after a few minutes when it starts looking golden brown (The first one will probably be a disappointment (or even burned) , it's normal, haha)
Top your pancake with granola, apple and maple sirop (Or other organic and vegan sweetener, example: Agave Sirup, Rice Sirup, Date Sirup,...)
& Ready to enjoy!!
