As you all know by now.. Iâm obsessed with Matcha!Â
On a sunny Sunday afternoon I decided too make a cake and to add some... Matcha!
I wanted something very Muse of Greens, found it!Â
What you need:
4Â eggs
150g Wheat flour
50g Coconut OilÂ
100ml Almond MilkÂ
75g sugar or 2 spoons date sirup or agave sirup
3 teaspoons of Biotona MatchaÂ
50gr of dark chocolateÂ
1 teaspoon baking sodaÂ
A hand full of nuts (walnuts and hazelnuts)
How to make:
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and add the nutsÂ
Mix the dry ingredients together; Flour , Matcha and Baking soda.Â
Whisk the egg yolks and sugar together until getting a smooth paste
Mix up the egg white until a firm mousse
Put the wet and dry ingredients together, add the dark chocolate and nuts , all chopped in small pieces
Put gently the eggs white with the paste, until becoming the final dough version
Grease a pan with butter and lightly dusted with flour.
Put the dough in the pan and put in a preheated oven of 180degrees for 20minutes.Â

Serve with delicious Chocolate Coconut Ice and you have the perfect greeny chocolate dessert!Â
