Dark Chocolate Matcha Cake ūüćÉ

As you all know by now.. I’m obsessed with Matcha! 

On a sunny Sunday afternoon I decided too make a cake and to add some... Matcha!

I wanted something very Muse of Greens, found it! 

What you need:

  • 4¬†eggs

  • 150g¬†Wheat flour

  • 50g¬†Coconut Oil¬†

100ml Almond Milk 

  • 75g sugar or 2 spoons date¬†sirup or agave sirup

  • 3 teaspoons of Biotona¬†Matcha¬†

  • 50gr of dark chocolate¬†

1 teaspoon baking soda 

  • A hand full of nuts (walnuts and hazelnuts)

How to make:

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and add the nuts¬†

  • Mix¬†the dry ingredients together;¬†Flour , Matcha and Baking soda.¬†

  • Whisk¬†the egg yolks¬†and sugar together¬†until getting a¬†smooth paste

Mix up the egg white until a firm mousse

  • Put the wet and dry ingredients together, add the dark¬†chocolate and nuts¬†, all¬†chopped in small pieces

Put gently the eggs white with the paste, until becoming the final dough version

  • Grease a pan with butter and lightly¬†dusted with flour.

  • Put the dough in the pan and put in a preheated oven of 180degrees for 20minutes.¬†

Serve with delicious Chocolate Coconut Ice and you have the perfect greeny chocolate dessert!
