Dark Chocolate Matcha Cake šŸƒ

As you all know by now.. Iā€™m obsessed with Matcha!Ā 

On a sunny Sunday afternoon I decided too make a cake and to add some... Matcha!

I wanted something very Muse of Greens, found it!Ā 

What you need:

  • 4Ā eggs

  • 150gĀ Wheat flour

  • 50gĀ Coconut OilĀ 


100ml Almond MilkĀ 

  • 75g sugar or 2 spoons dateĀ sirup or agave sirup

  • 3 teaspoons of BiotonaĀ MatchaĀ 

  • 50gr of dark chocolateĀ 


1 teaspoon baking sodaĀ 

  • A hand full of nuts (walnuts and hazelnuts)

How to make:

  • Preheat the oven at 200 degrees, and add the nutsĀ 

  • MixĀ the dry ingredients together;Ā Flour , Matcha and Baking soda.Ā 

  • WhiskĀ the egg yolksĀ and sugar togetherĀ until getting aĀ smooth paste


Mix up the egg white until a firm mousse

  • Put the wet and dry ingredients together, add the darkĀ chocolate and nutsĀ , allĀ chopped in small pieces


PutĀ gently the eggsĀ whiteĀ with the paste, until becoming the final doughĀ version

  • Grease a pan with butter and lightlyĀ dusted with flour.

  • Put the dough in the pan and put in a preheated oven of 180degrees for 20minutes.Ā 

Serve with delicious Chocolate Coconut IceĀ and you have the perfect greeny chocolate dessert!Ā
