Fresh kale chips

Summer is over but the vegetable garden is still full of veggies.

And no vegetable garden without kale.

Apart from using kale for green smoothies and wok recipes, you can also use kale to make chips!

It's delicious and super healthy!

What you need:

  • Kale

  • Olive oil

  • Pepper & salt

  • Spices (Paprika - Curcuma - ...) You can choose!

How to :

  • Rinse the kale with water & dry it with some paper

  • Heat up the oven to 100°C

  • Cut the kale into small leaves

  • Put some olive oil, pepper & salt on the kale and mix everything. So the kale is covered with the oil & spices

  • Put everything on greaseproof paper & put in the oven for +-15min

  • GREAT TIP: Keep the oven a little bit open!!

Fresh & delicious crispy kale!
