5 soaked dates
25g nut butter
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Optional: Crunchy granola
Optional: Some protein powder for extra proteins.
How to :
Unpit the dates and soak them in hot water for 15min.
Mix the dates together with all other ingredients in a blender.
Put the mixture on a rectangular plate (for example a glass oven plate)
Leave in the freezer for 1 hour
Cut into rectangular-shaped energy bars
Optional: Add some granola as a topping
Optional: Prepare a green spinach-pineapple smoothie
