Vegan protein bars

In need of a good snack to get through the day or for after a workout?

Discover my vegan, raw energy bar recipe!

Ingredients :

  • 5 soaked dates

  • 125g oats

  • 25g nut butter

  • 30g nuts

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • Optional: Crunchy granola

  • Optional: Some protein powder for extra proteins.

How to :

  • Unpit the dates and soak them in hot water for 15min.

  • Mix the dates together with all other ingredients in a blender.

  • Put the mixture on a rectangular plate (for example a glass oven plate)

  • Leave in the freezer for 1 hour

  • Cut into rectangular-shaped energy bars

  • Optional: Add some granola as a topping

  • Optional: Prepare a green spinach-pineapple smoothie
