The perfect VEGAN chocolate cookies

You know that feeling when the whole house smells like fresh cookies & you can't stop eating them? Wouldn't it be great to have a snack you can eat all day?

Well, I have the perfect cookie recipe for you!

Besides that, the recipe is 100% vegan, without refined sugar and gluten free if you like.

What you need :

  • 140g oats (Use gluten free oats if you want to have a gluten free recipe)

  • 1 big spoon of peanut butter (20g)

  • 150g dark chocolate chips or a chocolate bar (The more, the better)

  • 1/2 spoon of tahini (sesame paste)

  • 3 spoons of maple sirup

  • 200ml of vegetable milk (your choice)

  • 2g Baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • Additional : Vanilla flavor

How to :

  • Add all the ingredients in a big bowl (except the chocolate). Use a wooden spoon to mix all together.

  • Add the chocolate. (Cut in big chunks if you use a chocolate bar)

  • Leave the mixture for 10min, so the oats can soak in everything.

  • Shape the mixture on a baking sheet.

  • Put in the oven for 10 to 12min on 200°C

  • Let it cool down
