Espresso Banana Chocolate Protein Shake

This is one of my all-time favorite protein shakes: simple, energizing, and packed with flavor. It’s the perfect mix between your morning coffee and a creamy dessert. I often make it after a workout or as an afternoon pick-me-up.

You’ll need:
1 ripe banana
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder:
PULSE PROTEIN (Use my code MARIE10 for a discount)
1 shot of espresso
250ml plant-based milk (almond, oat, or soy)
1 tsp collagen powder (optional, for extra glow)
1 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut works perfectly)
Optional topping: cacao nibs for crunch
How to:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Mix until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with cacao nibs if you like.
