You’ll often see me drink it after a workout, but honestly? I make this smoothie at all kinds of moments: to start my day, as a nourishing snack, or whenever I need something quick that actually fuels my body.
Matcha gives me calm, focused energy (without the coffee crash), banana adds natural sweetness, and the combination of protein, collagen and healthy fats keeps me full and satisfied for longer.
It’s light, creamy and easy to digest, exactly what my body needs after movement, but also perfect on busy days when I don’t want to overthink food.
